Join us every Saturday morning from 10-11am for our Yoga class lead by Ahlara Kent. All levels are welcome! These classes are set up for you to feel SAFE, SUPPORTED, ACCEPTED, WORTHY and LOVED. Each class will have a Therapeutic foundation and work with deep stretching, conscious breathing and mindfulness. We would love to have you join our Yoga class no matter your background or experience with the practice.

Ahlara Kent is a teacher in the Kansas City area. She leads classes and hosts weekend retreats focusing on Yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. Ahlara has been studying Yoga for 13 years and has 400 hours of training in Therapeutic, Restorative and Kundalini Yoga.
