Join Toni Williams, Creative Director & Facilitator of the
I AM Bliss Dance as she partners with Rev. Randy Fikki of Unity Southeast in Kansas City to bring you the very first I AM Bliss Dance!
It’s a free-form, conscious, ecstatic-style dance. In this safe and sacred space, there is simply no right or wrong way to move – total freedom to move in anyway you like. Come drop into the present moment, move and groove, and vibe with your tribe. You will leave feeling clearer, lighter and blissful. Just bring your happy, tired, playful, spiritual, sexy, cranky, sad, soulful, silly, bad (meaning good ;) human self, and dance it out and lay it down to some great music from all genres and eras. The music is carefully selected to enhance your experience and allow for full expression. It starts slowly and builds to a peak for purification and release, then gradually comes back down into stillness. The dance will be followed by a brief integration meditation and a share-in-circle time. See you on the dance floor!
Guidelines for keeping our space safe and sacred:

-No talking
-Observe conscious boundaries of others
